- A full groom takes 2 to 3 hours. Smaller dogs and simpler grooms take less.
- We text you when it’s time to collect. Usually 2 to 3 hours later.

- Town car parks Pay car parks in the town centre are a few minutes' walk away.
- By tram and train Altrincham Interchange has trams to Manchester and trains towards Chester. Hale station is one stop away.
- On foot Well-behaved dogs on a lead are welcome to wait in reception with you.
