How often should my dog be groomed?
Curly and long coats, such as doodles, poodles and Shih Tzus, usually need a full groom every 6 to 8 weeks, with brushing at home in between. Short and double coats do well with a bath and brush every 8 to 12 weeks.
My dog is nervous. Can you help?
Yes. We groom one dog at a time, so the salon stays calm, and we go at your dog’s pace, with breaks when they need them. Tell us when you book and we’ll suggest a quieter time of day.
How long does a groom take?
A full groom takes about 2 to 3 hours, depending on size and coat. Drop off from 9am and we’ll text you when it’s time to collect.
When can my puppy have their first groom?
From 12 weeks, once their vaccinations are done. Puppy’s first pamper is a short, gentle visit that gets them used to the bath, the dryer and being handled.
What do you need for a mobile visit?
Just a parking space close to your door. Our van brings its own warm water and power, so your dog stays on your doorstep and nothing comes into your home.
